Jewcy loves trees! Please don't print!

In his Zeek article “The New Jewish Literature,” Mark Shechner seems really excited that Jews are still writing fiction.  If you don’t have time to read the whole thing, here’s the Jewcy version of the Cliffs Notes on it: Nearly every Jewish writer from the last 65 years is mentioned, Jews are still writing novels about the Holocaust, and Edward Lewis Wallant is mentioned several times for the prize named after him, and not as much for the brilliant novels he wrote.

Hopefully you aren’t that busy, and you can find a few minutes to read the whole thing for yourself.
