9:50 AM (Eastern time)

“At least 24 people have been injured, three seriously, in the Wednesday afternoon attack, according to Israel’s Channel 1, citing Magen David Adom. No deaths have been reported.” (Via JTA)

“The blast could be heard throughout Jerusalem and blew out the windows of two crowded buses.”  (Via NPR)

Jewish Federations of North America are saying 18 +causalities.

“Update on #Jerusalem bombing: Bus was next to J’lem convention ctr. Init reports 26 injured, 2 serious, 4 critical. Suspected terror attack.” (Via Israeli consulate Twitter)

“The bomb exploded across the street from the Jerusalem Convention Center (Binyanei Ha’uma), opposite the city’s Central Bus Station, at a bus stop, hitting Egged city bus #74 and #14. The bomb was reportedly tied to a phone pole and was not operated by a suicide bomber.” (Via JFNA)
