Two of the funniest people on the planet are teaming up to work on a new, as yet untitled FX pilot, produced under Louis C.K.’s production label, Pig Newton.

Very little about the subject matter of the show is known, but it is confirmed that the “Between Two Ferns” star wrote the project, and now C.K. is stepping in to co-write.

C.K.’S Pig Newton production company signed a deal with FX in December to create new programs for FX, and this is the first. The two will work side-by-side as executive producers, and Zach Galifianakis will play a starring role.

In other Louis news, he will feature his 1998 directorial debut, Tomorrow Night, on his website starting in February. His hit series Louis will premiere in May.

Well, I take it you’re not too surprised reading the words “vagina” and “Sarah Silverman” side by side. Ms. Silverman loves talking about her lady parts, and using all those cringe-worthy words we in society refrain from using on a day-to-day basis.

On Sunday, January 19th, Silverman, along with Zach Galifianakis, Josh Homme of Queens of Stone Age, and others are hosting an event to raise money for the Texas Abortion Fund.

The organization A is For in LA, described as “an ally and advocate for organizations working to protect reproductive rights,” will hold “A Is For: A Night of A Thousand Vaginas! Benefiting Texas Abortion Fund” at LA’s Largo theater.

This isn’t the first time the funny 43-year-old hosted a pro-choice event. In November, she hosted a pro-choice Texas telethon, which included Sarah auctioning off a “vag napkin.” Gross, pretty gross, but ya gotta love Sarah.

The Lonely Island team is back, kicking off ‘Wack Wednesdays‘ (they’re releasing a new video every week until June 11, when The Wack Album drops) with a decidedly new take on spring break.

The video, which begins with an episode of everyone’s favorite fake Zach Galifianakis-helmed industry talk show, Between Two Ferns, featuring James Franco, devolves into a debaucherous spring break party that ultimately ends at the beautiful wedding of a rotating combination of Franco, Galifianakis, Ed Norton, and The Lonely Island’s Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone.

Is it a commentary on the homoerotic undertones of legions of dudes traveling to a sun-filled destination to party all day, get wasted, and pass out (usually sans females) in a cramped hotel room together? An endorsement of James Franco’s taste in china patterns? A treatise on the universally-accepted awesomeness of Ed Norton?

Does it even matter anymore?
