Michal Lewin-Epstein

Michal Lewin-Epstein was a Research Associate in Middle Eastern Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. She has recently worked at the Israeli Embassy in The Hague. Prior to that, she worked for four years as a Research Assistant and Project Coordinator at the Henrietta Szold Institute in Jerusalem, while active as a member of Meretz, the political party formerly led by Dr. Yossi Beilin. She holds a Master’s degree in international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her master’s dissertation, entitled The Strength of Soft Power: The EU and MERCOSUR in a Hegemonic World System, was published by the Leonard Davis Institute for International Relations.
