New York is a place that makes you gripe about a dozen things. From pepper spray happy cops to continuously rising public transportation fares, this city tosses you a Debbie Downer on the daily.
But whose idea was it to threaten to tear down the Friars Club? That’s the place that Jewish tourists should be able to walk past on trips to the Big Apple so they can point it out to their kids and say, “That place housed some of the greatest comedians of our people.”
