The thing I look forward to most as the editor of Jewcy.com is bringing our readers stories on people who do amazing things that you might not otherwise hear about on other websites. It’s a pleasure and an honor to talk about people making things, writing things, singing things, helping things, and doing things that I believe make this world a better place.
The braintrust at Jewcy HQ got to thinking: "what if we took 100 people we really liked and honored them over the course of a week, called it ‘The Big Jewcy’, and hosted a big party in to celebrate?" So that’s just what we did. The Big Jewcy celebrates people doing amazing things. The series will showcase an exceptional group of artists, activists, writers, bloggers, musicians, and various movers and shakers that inspire us everyday. BeginningMonday, June 7th, Jewcy.com will start unveiling our choices for the Big Jewcy, concluding on Thursday, June 17th with a special reception at Bowery Electric in NYC.
