Dancer Robin Cantrell has come a long way since she started training in the basement of the Har Mar Mall in Minnesota; around the entire world to be exact. After working with half a dozen companies, Cantrell struck out on her own and founded the Indelible Dance Company, with four goals in mind:  The first, is to create work with the awareness that the internet exists and that it is an integral part of experiencing art. This has resulted in a simple website that focuses on presenting high definition dance videos made specifically to be viewed on-line. The second goal is to make a profit. This has resulted in the creation of artistic products (prints, clothing, books) that have been created specifically for Indelible and often overlap with video or photo projects. The third goal is to collaborate with other talented artists. This has resulted in work with musicans, photographers, designers, videographers, and choreographers. The final goal is to continuously evolve. Their next performance takes place Sept. 24th, and 25th at Center for Performance Research in Williamsburg.  We ventured into a Tribecca studio to ask Ms. Cantrell some questions.
