Now, can you name what show Ira Glass is on? Of course you can: This American Life. Glass turns fifty-one today, and while he looks (and sounds) younger than many of the Brooklynites who are aping his style, there was a collective sigh of bewilderment when we mentioned on Twitter how old the birthday boy was turning. Whatever the case, we love Ira, and like Aaliyah once said, "age ain’t nothing but a number", and while our favorite Jewish atheist is best known for his radio voice, we think he’s done a pretty good job of sitting in front of the camera as well.
