- Thirteen are dead after a school shooting at Azerbaijan University. The shooter, who later turned the gun on himself, was said to be a "loner."
- Analysis of last year’s presidential election, released today, shows that there was no race gap and that for the first time ever, black women came out to vote more than any other racial, ethnic, or gender group.
- As the Kenyan government nears collapse, women’s rights activists are using an interesting tool to get their men to work it out: sex. Or lack thereof. Kenyan women are going on a seven-day sex-ban in the hopes of strengthening the government.
- A 12-year-old Texas girl has been taken into custody, accused of fatally shooting her father in the back of the head.
