I didn’t grow up in the decades when Gilligan’s Island and The Brady Brunch originally aired (seriously), but even as a kid in the late 1980s, I realized the timelessness of programs and made sure to catch as many reruns of each as humanly possible. So it was sad to read of the passing of the creator of both shows, Sherwood Schwartz, at the age of 94.
(Also add this to the sadness of his passing: there probably isn’t another Jew around named Sherwood, possibly making Mr. Schwartz the last of his kind.)
Aw, this is an extremely nice post. In notion I must put in writing like that additionally – taking time and actual effort to produce a very good article… but exactly what can I say… I procrastinate alot and also by no means manage to get something accomplished.
