TMZ informs us that Britney has had her Hebrew letter neck tattoo removed. The tattoo, which featured the letters Mem-Hey-Shin, was related to a Kabbalistic concept of healing. Which begs the question: Is now really a good time for Britney to abandon that kind of a symbol?
