‘Tent’ Workshops for Connecting Jewishness and Modern Culture

Apply Now for Tent Workshops

If you’re interested in getting together with other young Jews with whom you have more in common than just your religious background, you should apply to one of Tent’s workshops. From comedy to creative writing to fashion to pop music, Tent’s weeklong immersive workshops offer participants between the ages of 21 and 30 the space to learn from experts and each other. And, with any luck, they’ll garner a greater connection between Jewishness and modern culture.

It’s like camp, but instead of playing dodgeball with 35 kids who hate dodgeball, you’ll hang out with people who actually share your interests. You might have a Q and A with a leader in your field. You might meet a friend or two or three. Also, it’s totally free; your empty pockets will be no emptier because of a Tent workshop. Plus, Jessie Kahnweiler is a Tent alumna, so you’ll be in good company.

If you want to sign up, you should get on it because some of the deadlines are coming up.

Check out Tentsite.org to apply, have fun, and learn a lot! And if you want a more visual look at what it’ll be like, watch this:
