Well, the minds at the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles realized that "hey, June 13th (get it? 6/13: 613 mitzvot) is like the Jewish 4/20, except without all the weed, and can be used for something good!"
So on June 13th, the Fed will do all they can to make sure the hungry of the are are fed, and they’re looking for a few good hands to help out.
