Sort of a slow week for good Jewish wedding announcements. Team Jewish didn’t nail the top spot in the Times announcements, but did get a few choice nuggets.
Talya Oberfield and Ari Lucas (above) are tying the knot today, and we’re happy to report that they’ll be saving some change on the official — as Ari’s dad is the rabbi.
We’re actually a little more impressed with Sam Boom, who 24 years after meeting the appropriately named Patience Smith, finally tied the knot; and will now forever be known as Patience Bloom.
